Launch Of Book On TRIPS And Climate Change

A new book being launched in Geneva next week reflects the growing recognition that the World Trade Organization Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) could play a more important role in the mitigation of climate change, according to the programme of the book launch.

ITU Launches Cybersecurity Index 2017

The UN International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has published the Global Cybersecurity Index 2017 (GCI-2017). The GCI-2017, the second in this index series, measures the commitments of the 193 member states of the ITU to cybersecurity and helps the member states to identify areas for improvement, according to a press release.

Council Of Europe Report On Copyright Exceptions And Limitations

EPO Will Not Allow Patents On Plants, Animals From Biological Processes
