Please note, IP-Watch reporting has been paused for one year, effective 25 March 2019, as IP-Watch embarks on a transition period to explore new strategies for future work. All content will be open access for year until 1 April 2020.

Intellectual Property Watch is a non-profit, independent, international news and information service. Subscribing to our service helps support our goals of bringing more transparency to global IP and innovation policies and keeping policymakers and stakeholders up-to-date with the latest news and information.

As a subscriber, you are entitled to complete stories on all topics released as they happen, special features, the annual Year Ahead series, the monthly US legal perspectives column, the People column, confidential documents, and access to the searchable story archive dating back to 2004. IP-Watch is totally free to most developing countries, see below!
