The document is below. WIPO delegates are gathered for three days of inter-sessional meetings from 17-19 October, prior to the 25th Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR). Delegates have not returned to plenary yet today and are expected to be back around 3 this afternoon after further informal discussions on the new working document.
