Looks like the WHO may be cleared. The committee ordered by the WHO director-general found the WHO acted as it should have and that there was no sign of malfeasance. Meanwhile, the committee found that the world is unprepared for another such pandemic attack. The review committee was requested by the WHO director-general at the January 2010 Executive Board meeting. The draft report will be discussed at the review committee on 28-30 March. The draft report is available here.
