No, just kidding. Actually, the agenda for the 26-29 January meeting in Guadalajara, Mexico “released” today by the Office of the United States Trade Representative gives no details about the talks. It just lists the topics, which are civil enforcement, border measures, enforcement procedures in the digital environment, and transparency.
