Working Group VI is working closely with the World Intellectual Property Organization on the contractual guide on intellectual property licensing. The legislative guide aims to modernise countries’ financing laws to spur investment, while the annex’s goal is to recommend how to use intellectual property in secured finance transaction so that it does not interfere with IP laws.
