Kappos to be the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the US Patent and Trademark Office. The hearing is being held on Wednesday, 29 July, at 10h00 am in Washington, DC (16h00 Geneva time), and will be webcast live on the Committee’s website at: http://judiciary.senate.gov/hearings/hearing.cfm?id=4006 Also, Kappos returned the Committee questionnaire, available online here.
