The 165-page health report (mostly annexes) encourages implementation of the World Health Organization strategy on intellectual property rights and innovation. It also calls for a review of “options for new innovative financing mechanisms for health, including recommendations of the High Level Task Force on Innovative International Financing for Health Systems (HLTF) as well as the Leading Group on innovative financing for development and other sources.” The accountability report addresses food security, water, health, and education.
