		<description><![CDATA[The best way to protect folklore is to restore the natural law that governed it until the early 18th century, when the public lost its natural right to free cultural exchange - the liberty to freely share and build upon its own culture.

And the easiest way to restore that natural law is to abolish the anachronistic instrument of injustice that is the privilege of copyright.]]></description>
