Jeanpier Anaya says 08/08/2008 at 6:09 pm I think that the IP enfforcement should be and WTO and WIPO issue, because the custom is not a judge , is only and administrative institucion , every institucion must pretendent inoccence of the suspiccius, the SECURE documente sugesst that the merchandise must be destroyed whitout an judiciary order Reply
